The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), Oman awarded the project for development infrastructure facilities in the industrial estate of Sur in Al Sharqiyah South Governorate.
The work includes infrastructure development of the 120-hectare 5D industrial block and the service road. The infrastructure works for Block 5A, which is also dedicated to industrial facilities on an area of 16 hectares.
The work includes the construction of streets, roads, security fencing and an office building in three blocks.
The third part of the tender is for the infrastructure of the first phase of the commercial area, which includes offices, outlets and other commercial units on an area of 39 hectares.
Seven bidders has submitted the Proposals for the project. Austria based construction group, STRABAG submit the lowest bid.
STRABAG submits the price of OMR 13,889,320 (USD 36,123,070).
