Kuwait Ports received the bidders proposals for the construction of New Utilities Systems at Shuwaikh Port.
Thirteen bidders has submitted the proposals. Kuwait based construction firm, Boodai constructions W.L.L has submitted the lowest bid.
Boodai construction submitted the price of KWD 10.8 million (USD 35.6 million).

Project scope of works includes design, construction and maintenance of structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical and infrastructure facilities at the existing Shuwaikh Port .
The scope of work also includes demolition work of the existing buildings.
The Contractor shall be responsible for Maintenance of the Project and services in a satisfactory manner, for a period of three years from the date of Substantial Completion.
