Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah) a subsidiary of Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) announced in a statement that it has signed a contract with Saudi Entertainment Ventures Company (SEVEN) for the complex preparatory works.
The value of signed contract is SAR104,673,000.
The Scope of work will be to carry out the preparatory work of the Entertainment Complex project, located in Riyadh exit 15. It includes site preparation, ground works including excavation, backfilling and leveling.
The duration of the project is 7.5 months.
Saudi Entertainment Ventures Company (SEVEN) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
