China Energy Construction Gezhouba International Corporation announced in a statement that it has awarded the Al Khamis Garden housing project located in Khamis City, Abha Province, southwestern Saudi Arabia.
The Project was awarded by Saudi real estate developer, El-Safwa Buildings Company Ltd.
The value of signed contract is USD100 million.
The project is to build 47 apartment buildings and supporting infrastructure, which can provide thousands of apartment accommodation.
The apartment areas are ranging from 127 Sq.m to 183 Sq.m
The project is part of the 1.5 million housing plan for the major livelihood projects of Saudi Vision 2030.
The project also includes Mosque with unique architectural style, garden & childrens play area, a commercail mall that includes the internatioal brands, Hypermarket and world class hotel.
The signing of the project is an important result of the company’s guidance of overseas institutions to focus on expanding the high-end market in the Middle East, actively expanding non-electric business, and promoting the rapid development of housing construction, statement said.
