Saudi Arabia’s Amaala, the ultra-luxury destination located along north western coast, issued tender for the Power utility package.
Project scope of work includes construction of new indoor 380/132/13.8kV Gas Insulated Substation. Major equipment includes, 380kV GIS, 132kV GIS, 502MVA Power Transformers, Protection & Control System, Substation Automation System, Telecommunication System, Civil works and Electro-mechanical works.
Project scope of works also includes the construction of two new indoor 132/33kV Substation. Major equipment includes, 132kV GIS, 100MVA Power Transformers, Protection & Control System, Substation Automation System, Telecommunication System, Civil works and Electro-mechanical works.
Constriction of 380kV and 132kV Overhead Transmission line (OHTL) connecting the New Substations with the Grid is also part of the tender.
The substations and associated network will be constructed as per Saudi Electricity Company standards.
The Contractor shall perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of substation work in a satisfactorily working and operating condition.
At present bid submission date is 31 January 2021.
