Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health (MOH) supported by the National Center for Privatization & PPP, announced in a statement, the list of companies that are qualified for RFP of AlAnsar Hospital PPP project.
The list included the following nine companies and consortiums:
- FCC – IHCC Consortium, Saudi Arabia
- Engie, France
- El Seif, Saudi Arabia
- Lamar Holding, Bahrain
- Aberdeen, United Kingdom
- InterHealth Canada
- Vision Invest, Saudi Arabia
- Tamasuk, Saudi Arabia
- Alfanar, Saudi Arabia
Earlier during April 2020, 87 companies submitted their expression of intrest for the project (read more)
Alansar Hospital PPP is the first step for the private sector to bid for the transaction.
The new Alansar Hospital will be located in Almadinah Almunawwarah with a planned clinical capacity of to 244 beds, which exceeds the clinical capacity of the previous facility by 170%, with annual visits expected to be beyond 400,000 visits for the new hospital.
The project will be part of the healthcare services provided to residents and visitors of Almadinah Almunawwarah contributing to sustainable and free healthcare services provided to all beneficiaries by MoH.
With Alansar Hospital Project, MoH targets attracting infrastructure developers, contractors, and consortiums to deliver the project under a BMT (design, build, equipment procurement, operations and maintenance) model.
