Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) announces the bid results for the project ” Construction of Water Reservoir in Hatta”.
The project location is in Hatta area, which is 134 km east of Dubai City. It is located relatively high in the Hajar Mountains.
The reservoir capacity is 30 million imperial gallons a day (MIGD).
A total of eleven bidders has submitted the proposals. UAE based construction firm, Binladin Contracting Group L.L.C has submitted the lowest bid.
Binladin Contracting Group L.L.C submitted the lowest optional price of AED 112,509,419 (USD 30,635,648)
The successful contractor need to execute the project within 24 months. The duration includes 60 days of reliability run period.
Earlier, DEWA awarded $391million Hatta Hydroelectric Power Station Project of capacity 250MW to the consortium. (read more)
