Shapoorji Pallonji awarded construction of 3000 homes contract in Saudi Arabia

ROSHN, Saudi Arabia, has announced in a statement that, it has awarded constructions of homes as part of the first phase of its first landmark Riyadh community development.

The Project has been awarded to India based construction firm, Shapoorji Pallonji

The value of contract along with other contract (awarded to Siemens) is SAR 1.9 billion.

Project works includes the deployment of the first phase, the construction of 3,000 homes along with associated utilities, roads and landscaping.

The Project Will be located in the north of the city, near Airport.

The Project will be spread across 20 million square metres. It is the first community announced by ROSHN as part of a 10-year mandate to develop communities across the country.

The community is conveniently located close to the capital’s main attractions, key highways and transportation links, with mosques, shops, cafes, parks, schools, and leisure and entertainment facilities.

ROSHN earlier announced that, the architectural design of the community has been carefully considered to reflect the best of modern living whilst celebrating Saudi Arabia’s rich culture and heritage. The communities will provide homes to meet the needs of all Saudis offering modern living within a traditional setting. (read more)

The Project will be developed in 8 Phases. Homes will be available for sale during the first half of 2021.
