National Housing Signed an agreement for Riyadh Housing Project

The National Housing Company (NHC), Saudi Arabia signed an agreement to construct 557 housing units in the suburb east of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The agreement signed with the local construction firm, Saudi Real Estate Company (Al-Akaria).

The project extends over an area of 430,296 square meters in Al-Rimal neighborhood, east of Riyadh.

The Project is located twenty-five minutes from the city center near Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University, Imam Muhammad bin Saud University and King Khalid International Airport.

The Housing units that vary between villas and duplexes starting From 230 square meters to 765 square meters, while the suburb project is a continuation of residential projects with modern designs and integrated services such as mosques, schools, parks, entertainment and service places, and shops.

This agreement is part of a number of agreements signed by the National Housing Company with private sector companies represented by real estate developers to provide housing units to families benefiting from the “Sakani” program of the Ministry of Housing.
