Saudi based Al-Ojaimi Contracting Establishment signed the project “Installation of 132kV Cable to connect Substation 8357”. The location of the project is in Riyadh.
The project has been awarded by Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). The contract value of the project is SAR 45,920,000 (USD12,245,333 )
Project Scope of work includes supply and Installation 132kV, 1200 Sq.mm, double circuit, Copper XLPE cable between the substation 8357 with the SEC’s existing substations.
The approximate route length between the substations is 20.8km. Scope of Work also includes supply and Installation fibre optic cables.
The contractor shall perform the project on lumpsum turnkey basis, includes the design, engineering, material procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, and all associated work and services until final handing over of the project.
