Saudi Arabia’s ROSHN, the largest real estate development company in Saudi Arabia announced in a statement about its anticipated Riyadh community project.
The Project Will be located in the north of the city, near Airport.
The Project will be spread across 20 million square metres and consisting of over thirty thousand homes. It is the first community to be announced by ROSHN as part of a 10-year mandate to develop communities across the country.
The community is conveniently located close to the capital’s main attractions, key highways and transportation links, with mosques, shops, cafes, parks, schools, and leisure and entertainment facilities.
As per the statement, the architectural design of the community has been carefully considered to reflect the best of modern living whilst celebrating Saudi Arabia’s rich culture and heritage. The communities will provide homes to meet the needs of all Saudis offering modern living within a traditional setting.
The Project will be developed in 8 Phases. Homes will be available for sale during the first half of 2021.
