Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company has signed two agreements to implement infrastructure works for the “Al-Mashriqiya” and “Orchid” housing projects. The Projects locations are in Riyadh.
The Combined value of the contracts are SAR 755,739,025 (USD 201,530,406).
The Projects has been awarded to two Saudi based construction companies:
- Al-Fahd Company for Trade, Industry and Contracting
- Al-Rawaf Trading and Contracting Company
The agreement signed with Al-Fahd Company for Trade, Industry and Contracting includes the completion of the infrastructure works for the “Al-Mashriqiya” project, which extends over an area of approximately 3,273,445 square meters.
The value of the awarded contract is SAR 342,619,194.
The Contract signed with Al-Rawaf Trading and Contracting will include implementation of infrastructure works for the “Orchid” plan, which extends over an area of approximately 3,858,589 square meters.
The value of the awarded contract is SAR 413,119,831
The two agreements include the implementation of infrastructure works, as well as the establishment of electricity networks, communications, water, sewage, torrents and irrigation, household connections, and lighting in the housing projects.
As per the statement, the National Housing Company has completed the development of more than 240 Sq.km around the Country.
