Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) receives the bidders proposals for the Off plot works of Jurassic Production Facilities (JPF) located at North of Kuwait.
Eight bidders has submitted the proposals. Kuwait based Oil & Gas firm, Al Meer Technical Services has submitted the lowest bid.
Al Meer Submitted the price of KWD 16,900,000 (USD 55,258,074).

Project scope of works includes following facilities at the Jurassic Production Facilities:
- Construction of Flow lines (Jurassic Crude, Source Water Well & Disposal lines) including Wellhead hook-ups.
- Gas & Crude Export Lines for Jurassic Production Facility – 4 & 5.
- Additional requirement and rates for manpower, transport, equipment
Works of the project includes:
- Field Survey and Site investigation;
- Perform flowline construction with associated works and other piping works comprising planning, procurement, supply of material, supervision, fabrication, welding, inspection, testing, installation, along with all associated civil and mechanical works
- All Electrical, Civil & Structural, Cathodic Protection and associated works;
- All Instrumentation and associated works;
- Hydro-testing of all valves and pipelines;
- Design & engineering works, other miscellaneous works and services
Project completion period is 60 months.
