Bin Omairah secured $18.7million East Hidd Water Transmission Project

Bahrain’s Electricity & Water Authority (EWA) awarded the project for water transmission facilities for East Hidd.

The project has been awarded to Saudi based construction company, Bin Omairah Contracting Company.

The value of signed contract is BHD 7,045,500 (USD 18,738,031).

Water Transmission Facilities for East Hidd:

Project scope of work includes Turnkey Contract Package covering the permanent Distribution Station Works at East Hidd Housing Development.

The contract comprises partially buried RCC Storage Reservoir of Minimum 2 Million Gallons Capacity and an associated fully automated Distribution Pumping Station with variable speed pumps of about 5 Million gallons per day ultimate Capacity and other associated facilities.

The projects is funding by Saudi Fund for Development.
