Madayn, the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates, Oman invites bids for Construction of Ring Road and Associated Infrastructure & Utilities Works in Knowledge Oasis Muscat.
Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM) is a technology park located near Muscat International Airport, Oman.
The firm is planning the construction of a ring road within the Technopolis Masterplan Project (TMP) and revising the detailed design of the ring road at Knowledge Oasis Muscat.
Work involves the Construction of the Ring Road and associated infrastructure and civil works, while upgrading and developing the existing infrastructural services and ring road design within Knowledge Oasis Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
Primary objectives are to ensure that the future developments and plots are connected to the existing networks along with upgrading the site storm water drainage solutions and the overall masterplan.
Madayn intends to develop the infrastructure facilities of KOM spanning across a land area of 1,200,000 SQM, which will hold the intended works with an area estimate of 281,719 sqm adapting all new works to the original put Master Plan & Ring Road Design.
As per the notification, Interested Companies may obtain Tender against non-refundable payment of OMR 3000.
The bidder should enclose Bank Guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for the value of (1%) of the Tender value along with the bid proposals.
At present bid submission date is 23 September 2020.
