Bahrain awarded $73.4 million housing project at Qalali, Riffa

Bahrain’s Ministry of Housing (MOH) awarded the project for Construction of 417 Houses at Qalali and Riffa of Kingdom of Bahrain.

• Tamer Engineering : BHD 15,261,329.113
• Saleh Abdulla Al Mahana Construction: BHD 12,365,221.400

Qalali Housing Project:

The Qalali Housing Project Site shall comprise of 194 numbers of houses located at Site 229, Block 255, Qalali. 

Out of 194 houses, 71 will be DANA-A type and 123 wil be DANA-C type.

Wadi Al Sail Housing Project:

Wadi Al Sail Housing Project Site shall comprise of 223 nos. located at Site 239, Block 930, Wadi Al Sail, Riffa.

Out of 223 houses, 111 will be DANA-A type and 112 will be DANA-C type.

The two projects are funding by Saudi Fund for Development.

Earlier, during Aug 2019, the Ministry of Housing Invited the qualified bidders to submit the proposals for the above projects on lump sum turnkey basis.
