Al Mashariq submits the lowest bid of $68.5 million for 380/132/13.8kV Substation in Tabouk

Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) announces the bid results for the project construction of Al Buhairah 380/132/13.8kV Substation. The project location is in Tabouk City, Northern region of Saudi Arabia.

A total of 14 bidders has submitted the proposals. Saudi based construction company, Al Mashariq Company for Trading and Contracting Submitted the lowest bid.

Al Mashariq Submitted the price of SAR 256.9 million.

Project scope of work includes construction of new indoor 380/132/13.8kV Gas Insulated Substation. Major equipment includes, 380kV GIS, 132kV GIS, 502MVA Power Transformers, Protection and Substation Automation System, Telecommunication System, Civil works and Electro-mechanical works.

The Contractor shall perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of substation work in a satisfactorily working and operating condition.
