Ministry of Housing (MOH), Saudi Arabia announces the bid results for the” Connection of Al Narjis 8368 Substation with the network”. The project location is in Al Narjis area of Riyadh.
A total of thirteen (13) bidders has submitted the proposals. Saudi based Construction Company, Capital Lights Co. For Electro-Mechanics (Capital Lights) has submitted the lowest bid.
Capital Lights Submitted the price of SAR 54,599,000 (1$=3.75 SAR)
Project Description:
Project Scope of work includes Design, supply, testing, commissioning and installation of one (1) 132kV Underground cable circuits, consisting of one 1x1Cx1200 Sq.mm mm, Cu conductor, super clean-XLPE, Cu metallic sheath, cable per phase complete with all other accessories, from Al Narjis Substation to existing substations 9050, 8311.
The total length of underground cable route is approximately 24.5km.
Design, supply and installation of approximately 24.5 km of 1×96 cores Non-Metallic Underground Fiber Optic cables along the new 132kV Power Cables route is part of the project.
The Contractor shall perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of new cable work in a satisfactorily working and operating condition.
The project will be implemented based on NG SA specifications.
Contractor needs to achieve the final acceptance of the works by 24 months from Contract Signing Date.
