UAE’s SNOC awarded $40 million Gas Storage Project
UAE’s Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC), announced in a statement that it has awarded its Moveyeid Gas Storage Surface Facility Project.
The project has been awarded to UK’s Oil & Gas firm, Petrofac Facilities Management International Limited. (read more)

Saudi Arabia’s Advanced Petrochemical and SK Gas to build $1.8 billion PDH and PP Plant
Saudi Arabia’s Advanced Petrochemical Company has signed an agreement with South Korean company SK Gas for constructing and operating propane dehydrogenation (PDH) and polypropylene (PP) plants. (read more)

Abengoa secured $200 million contract for the construction of Jubail 3A IWP
Spanish firm Abengoa announced in a statement that, it has been selected in a consortium with the engineering and construction company Chinese firm SEPCO3, to construct Jubail 3A Independent Water Producer Project, IWP. (read More)

Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) awarded the project “Reinforcement of 132/33kV Substations 8919 & 8922 in Hail”

Bahrain’s Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning (MOW) awarded the project “construction of Lawzi Public Private Partnership (PPP) Housing Access Roads”.

Target Engineering Secured $57 million contracts in UAE
Target Engineering Construction Company, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding, UAE announced in a statement that, it has secured multiple contracts from United Arab Emirates.

Vinci Secured $230 million contract for UAE’s Etihad Rail O&M facility
The Etihad Rail announced in a statement that, it has awarded the project related to construction of the central Operation and Maintenance (O&M) facility at Al Faya, Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates.

Wärtsilä secures 44 MW Power Plant deal in Saudi Arabia
Finland based energy firm, Wärtsilä announced in a statement that, it has secured a contract for the 44 MW Power Plant deal to be installed at the Mansourah & Massarah Gold mine Project in Saudi Arabia.
As part of the contract, Wärtsilä will supply the engineering, equipment, and technical advisory for the power plant. (read more)

UAE awarded 900MW 5th phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) issued a statement regarding the Signing of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the 900MW 5th phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, MBR Solar Park.
The PPA was signed by HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, and Mohammad Abunayyan, Chairman of ACWA Power, via video conferencing. (read more)

Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC), formerly known as Water & Electricity Company (WEC) signed the project agreement for Jubail 3A IWP (Independent Water Producer) project.
Saudi Water Partnership Company signed the Project agreements with the consortium comprising of Saudi Arabia’s ACWA Power, Kuwait’s Gulf Investment Corporation, Saudi Arabia’s Al-Bawani Water & Power Company for Jubail 3A IWP. (read more)
