Bahrain awarded $11.6 million contracts for roads & earth work Services
Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) awarded the project “roads & earth work Services”.
The project has been awarded to following two companies.
- Down Town Construction Company W.L.L
- A.Karim Al Jahromi Contracting
The value of signed contract with each of the contractor is BHD 2,187,303. (read more)

Nexans awarded a contract to supply the 230kV submarine power cables of Marjan field
Petrofac secured $40 million project in UAE
Oil & Gas firm, Petrofac announced in a statement that, a project has been awarded by Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC), United Arab Emirates to its services division.
As part of the project, Petrofac will be responsible for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services. (read more)

Bahrain awarded $33 million contracts related to 100MW Solar PV Power plant Substation
Electricity & Water Authority (EWA), Bahrain awarded the contracts to build 220kV Substation related to 100MW Solar PV Power plant.

Al-Babtain awarded a contract of $20.9 million for MODON’s 115/33kV Substation
Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) awarded the project “construction of 115/33kV Substation in Dammam Industrial City-3”.
The project has been awarded to Saudi based construction company, Al-Babtain Contracting Company, a subsidiary of Al-Babtain Holding Investment Company.(read more)

L&T secures an order for Oman’s Al Dhakhlia Water Transmission System
India based construction firm, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announces in a statement that, it has secured an order for enhance the Al Dhakhlia Water Transmission System, Phase – II.
The project has been awarded by Public Authority for Water (DIAM), Oman.(read more)

LS cables secured an order of $85million for Bahrain’s submarine cables project
South Korea’s LS Cable and System (LS C&S) announced in a statement that, it has secured a contract for the supply of submarine cables project to connect Bahrain’s Hawar island.
The contract was awarded by Saudi based construction Company, Al-Gihaz. The value of LS C&S signed contract is $85 million. The end user of the project will be EWA (Electricity & Water Authority), Bahrain.(read more)

ADNOC awards an order of US$125 million for the civil works on the Ghasha development
The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) awarded an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the onshore early civil works on the Ghasha development.

UAE awards $122.5 million contract to upgrade Falcon Junction Project
UAE’s Roads and Transport Authority, RTA has awarded a contract for upgrading the Falcon Junction.
The project will border Al Khaleej, Khaled bin Al Waleed and Al Ghubaiba Streets. Upon completion, it will link with Shandagha Bridge (Infinity) Northwards.(read more)

Abu Dhabi awarded streetlights replacement project under PPP model
Department of Municipalities and Transport, Abu Dhabi City Municipality awarded a contract for replacement of approximately 43,000 streetlights in the capital with energy-efficient LED lights.
