Burj Mushraf Contracting Co. W.L.L (BMC-GROUP) announced that, it has received the Letter of Award (LOA) to build the “Tubli Educational Garden Project”
The project has been awarded by Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning along with Capital Municipality, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Value of the Project is 104,879.857 BHD.
Background
Earlier during the July 2019, Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning along with Capital Municipality Bahrain invited qualified bidders to submit the proposals for the “Tubli Educational Garden Project” and later in August 2019 announce the bid results.
A total of eleven bidders competed and has submitted the proposals. Further after the Technical &Financial Proposals evaluation Burj Mushraf Contracting Co. W.L.L (BMC-GROUP) has been selected and awarded the contract.
Project Description
This Project will be the first of its kind project in the Kingdom of Bahrain with “Educational” concept/theme and Scope of Works includes the construction of a Boundary wall around the park with gate, educational mural wall and solar system model, construction of a service building, guard room, football field, supplying and installation of cosmetic plants, irrigation systems, children’s play area, Alphabet numbers and colors area, sundials, landscaping, car parking slots and other related works include gardening, maintenance and operation of irrigation network for two years.
