Eskan Bank, Bahrain receives the bids for the consultancy services related to Danaat Al-Seef II Project.
A total of seven bidders has submitted the proposals.
Bahrain based consulting firm, Syrconsult SPC has submitted the lowest bid. Syrconsult submitted the price of BHD 118,444.00
Eskan bank earlier during November 2019 invites the qualified consultants to submit the proposal.
The successful constant’s scope of work includes detailed design and supervision consultancy services for Danaat Al-Seef II Proejct. Danaat AlSeef II will host commercial retail and residential cluster.
It will produce approximate 42,560 sqm of total built-up area that will consist retail and residential with the supportive amenities such as car parking space and other recreational areas. The land area is 3,264 Sq.m
