China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCME) announced in a statement that, it has been awarded 380 Villas Residential Compound Project.
The project was part of the UAE’s Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.
The value of signed contract is AED 400 million. The project is located in Al Seyouh 16, Sharjah which is adjacent to the newly completed 323 National Housing project.
The Signing Ceremony was attended by, Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme H.E. Dr Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme’s General Manager Jamila Mohamed Khalfan Al Fandi, Executive Director of the Housing Sector Mohammed Ahmed Ali Al Mahmoud and President & CEO of CSCEC ME Yu Tao
The 380 Villas Residential Compound Project is the third national housing project after 323 National Housing Project & Ajman Houses Project awarded from UAE government Authorities.
