Bahrain’s Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning (Works Affairs) awarded contract to build a Health Centre at Madinat Khalifa.
The project has been awarded to Bahrain based construction company, Aradous Contracting & Maintenance (Adrous).
The value of signed contract is BHD 5,646,666 (1 BHD = 2.65957 USD).
Earlier, during August 2019, a total of eighteen bidders has submitted their proposals to Ministry.
Health Centre at Madinat Khalifa
The building consist of three floors and will be constructed on a plot area of 17,244 Sq.m and the built-up area is 10,445 sq.m.
Once the project completed, it is expected to serve for approximately 360 users. The expected construction period is 24 months.
