Oman Power and Water Procurement Company (OPWP) invite the bids for the legal Consultancy services for the procurement of future Independent Water Projects (IWP).
As per the notification, OPWP has identified a need for new water capacity at various locations in Oman.
OPWP clarified that, number of projects will be awarded under this tender where one or more than one bidder may be selected to provide the required services for the development of the IWPs.
The bidders should be Suitable qualified and experienced Consultants to provide the above services.
Bid submission date is 12-January-2020, before 11 am (Gulf Standard Time).
A bank guarantee of not less than 1% of the tender value to be provided along with the bids. The validity of the tender is 120 days from the date of bid submission.
Earlier, during August 2019, Oman, OPWP already invited the proposals for legal advisory services for future IWP (read more). Bidders proposals are under evaluation.
