Bahrain’s Ministry of Housing (MOH) awarded the project “Construction of Housing units at Al Madina Al Shamaliya island 11, plot 17 and 18”.
The project has been awarded to construction Company, Chapo Group. The value of signed contract is BHD 60,204,672 (1 BHD = 2.65957 USD)
The project scope of work involves the construction and maintenance of 720 housing units at Madinat Salman (known as Northern Town) of the northen coast of Bahrain.
A total of 360 apartments will be constructed under Plot 17 and another 360 apartments will be constructed under plot 18.
Al Madina Al Shamaliya, is a group of 10 reclaimed islands situated on the northern coastline of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The islands are located within a twenty-minute drive of Manama city and a ten-minute drive from the Seef District.
The overall site covers approximately 750 hectares. Al Madina Al Shamaliya will provide a total of 15,519 dwelling units with the capacity to support a total residential population of 98,935 people.
