Bahrain’s Ministry of Housing (MOH) announces the bid results for the Construction of 417 Houses at Qalali and Riffa of Kingdom of Bahrain.
Qalali Housing Project:
The Qalali Housing Project Site shall comprise of 194 numbers of houses located at Site 229, Block 255, Qalali.
Wadi Al Sail Housing Project:
Wadi Al Sail Housing Project Site shall comprise of 223 nos. located at Site 239, Block 930, Wadi Al Sail, Riffa.
A total of three (3) bidders has submitted the proposals. Saudi based Saudi Real Estate Construction Company has submitted the lowest bid of BHD 12.6 million.
The two projects are funding by Saudi Fund for Development.
Earlier, during Aug 2019, the Ministry of Housing Invited the qualified bidders to submit the proposals for the above projects on lump sum turnkey basis.
