Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing Signed contract with Sino Hydro Corporation and Saudi CMEC Contracting Company for the construction of 4,867 homes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The new housing units will be built in 15 cities and governorates across six regions in the kingdom.
According to the report, Sinohydro will construct 3,753 housing units in total. The region wise housing units are 1,732 in Asir, 1,399 in Jazan, 444 in Al-Baha, and 178 in Makkah.
CMEC Saudi Contracting Company will be responsible for the construction of 1,114 units in total. The region wise housing units are 814 in Al-Jouf and 300 in the Northern Border area.
