Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity & Water signed the project “Construction of Chlorine Dioxide Plant at North Azzour Water Distribution Complex (WDC)”.
The project has been awarded to Kuwait based construction Company “AL Kout Industrial Projects”.
The value of the contract is KWD 3.2 million (1$=0.304113 KWD)
Project Scope of Work include design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Chlorine Dioxide bromate free potable water disinfection system at North Azzour Water Distribution Complex.
The fresh water production flow rate is 57 Million Imperial Gallons per Day (MIGD).
The major material of the project include, dosing pumps, water storage tank, submerged under water type chlorine dioxide generators, dosing pumps and electrical panels.
The contractor need to complete the project activities in two (2) years.
