Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) evaluating the bidder’s proposals for the project” Fadhili Gas Plant 380kV Substation expansion and and Qaisumah 380kV Substation expansion”.
Earlier, during July 2019, a total of nine (9) bidders has submitted their proposals.
Saudi based Construction Company, Alfanar, 2nd lowest bidder has received the technical clarifications from SEC.
Major scope of Work includes, expansion of 380kV GIS, 120MVAR reactors, 60MVAR Reactors, Protection & Control System Modifications, Substation Automation System (SAS) Modifications.
