Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) announces the bid results for the project “Construction of Al Sheraa B+G+4P+15F+service building & associated works”.
The project location is in Al Jadaf area of Dubai.
Earlier, a total of fifteen (15) bidders has been invited by DEWA to submit the proposals. However, only twelve (12) bidders has been submitted the proposals.
Dubai based AIROLINK BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC has submitted the lowest bid of AED 998.9 million (1$=3.67 AED)
Other companies submitted the proposals are Strabag Dubai LLC ,Ghantoot Gulf Contracting, Advanced Business Concept ABC General Trading LLC, Trojan General Contracting LLC, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC, United Engineering Construction Co LLC UNEC, Larsen and Toubro Limited, ASGC Construction LLC, Beaver Gulf (Offer Rejected), Arabian Construction Co SAL Dubai Branch.
Project completion period is 24 months.
