UAE’s Emaar signed a contract for the Plot B4 Project with China based EPC Company, China State Construction Engineering Corporation.
The value of Contract is AED 760 Million.
The project is located in Dubai’s financial and commercial area, beside the Burj Khalifa Tower along Sheikh Zaid Road
Project Scope of work includes a high-rise residential building, consist of 70-storey and composed of 882 units residential apartments with basements, two bent-house’s construction, electro-mechanical and plumbing related works.
