Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing Signed contract with US based Construction firm, Katerra for the construction of 4,101 homes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As part of the contract, Katerra will construct the total homes in Makkah region are 2,482 and 1,043 houses will be built in Madinah region.
Remaining homes will be built in Al Bahah (140) , Al Jouf (191) , and Qassim (245) under the same contract.
The deal was signed by General manager of Housing Development Programme, Mazen Bin Mohammed Al-Dowawad, with president of Katerra in the Middle East and Asia, Ash Bhardwa. The Signing Ceremony was supervised by Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Housing, HE Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
