On 30-09-2018, Saudi Arabia’s Water & Electricity Company (WEC) received six (6) bids for the Jeddah Airport 2 Independent Sewage Treatment Plant. It will have a planned Capacity of 500,000 m3/day of Treated Sewage Effluent daily.

The project will be located in the northern part of Jeddah City, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and adjacent to the existing Jeddah Airport Phase 1 STP. The project will serve will serve governmental, agricultural, commercial and industrial sectors of Jeddah, as well as approximately 4.5 million residents of the city.
