On 03-10-2018, Saudi Electricity Company announces the bid results for King Salman Energy Industrial City (KSEIC) Substation – 115/13.8kV.
A total of sixteen (16) EPC companies has submitted their proposals. Out of, Indian based L&T Construction Company has quoted lowest price of Saudi Riyals 138 million.
The project scope consist of Construction of two (2) new 115/13.8kV Substations, 115kV Underground cable of 4km and 10km of Overhead transmission line.

The project is funding by Saudi Aramco and supervised & implemented by Saudi Electricity Company. The project is located in Abqaiq, eastern region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Once the project is completed, it will feed the power to upcoming mega project King Salman Energy Industrial City (KSEIC)
